Taman Tasik Shah Alam is located close to one of Shah Alam’s popular attractions; the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Mosque, which is also known as the Blue Mosque. It was the first public park that opened in the State of Selangor in 1985 and has since become a haven for freshwater life. Not only that, but you can also have a picnic by the lake! In the past, I would get a surprise whilst jogging when I see a team of people who would whiz by me on bicycles and it turned out no other than our former prime minister, Tun Dr Mahathir and his entourage.
